Roddick gets fan underwear in the mail

While Roddick is out of tennis for a bit with a back injury, odd stories are popping up all over now that he has been linked to Maria Sharapova:

Over the years tennis ace Andy Roddick has received a number of bizarre fan mails, but the one that tops his list is the underwear he received from an ardent female admirer.

Roddick said that since he hasn't revealed his new address, a chunk of his fan mails used to reach his mum' address.

He further said that his mum used to be left disgusted at times after looking at such racy fan mails.

"My mom will open some of it and read it and say, 'Not with my son, you won't!' the New York Post quoted him, as saying. Hindustan Times

There's even more than this - Andy is getting more publicity than usual lately - maybe he can take advantage of it and get people thinking he has a chance in tennis again. Otherwise, he could end up as the sports commentator for girlfriend Maria Sharapova's matches!
